This is a new one:
" authentication failed because Entourage doesn't support any of the
available authentication methods"

Can those who speak Chinese please translate for me? Thanks.

No chinese, but it means what it says... The mail server you are connecting
to uses a form of authentication that Entourage does not support. This
probably means that it does not require any authentication at all.

Open the account settings, click on the 'advanced sending options' button
and uncheck all the authentication options.
