Authorization error requests account password

All of a sudden this evening, Entourage won't send e-mail unless I type in
my password. It gives an authorization error and asks if I want to enter
the password.

I'm ABSOLUTELY typing it in correctly, but I had to do it 9 TIMES before it
took it as correct. It's the 2nd time this evening that it's taken
repetitive entering before it accepted it and let the mail be sent.

Any idea what could be causing this? It's done something similar on very
rare occasions, but usually restarting Entourage fixed it. That didn't seem
to work this evening.

VERY FRUSTRATING! Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Keychain Access --> Use Keychain First Aid.

Sometimes you need to delete an account and recreate it.
