....is it possible to copy the .NK2 file from one computer to the same
version of Outlook on a different computer....??

Yes, but it will only work if you rename the NK2 file to match the profile
of the installation in which you want to use it an place it in the correct
directory. Do not try to overwrite an NK2 file.

The short answer is YES. However, the file needs to have
the same name and placed in exactly the same path on the
new computer as the one that you are replacing.

ie, if old computer was: \docs and
settings\username\applications\MS\Outlook\Internetsetting.
NK2,

and the new computer had created a file called: \docs
and settings\username\applications\MS\Outlook\Outlook.NK2

You can move the old to the new, just rename your NK2
file to Outlook.NK2 after the move.

As always, rename and backup as appropriate in case you
do something wrong.
