auto complete email address

I have outlook 2000 - How do you turn on the auto complete feature? When I
type in the adrress box outlook used to pull up an auto complete box with a
list of names. Now, it's not.

Outlook 2000 has no such feature. Outlook 2002 and 2003 do.
