Auto corrections when typing

BJ

We are wanting to automate several variations of word corrections in all of our office XP products:

Hawaii = Hawai'i
hawaii = Hawai'i
hawai'i = Hawai'i

Which is the best way to do this for the entire company and so it works with Outlook, Word etc. We'll want to add more words to the "company directory" but I'm not sure the best way to set i tup so that it does it for everyone.

I did an autotext entry but it doesn't catch for all the variations that I want.

Thanks for the help.

Auto-correct seems to do the job for me...

When I go to tools -> auto correct options, I add
hawaii --> Hawai'i
hawai'i --> Hawai'i

Those two pairs seem to do everything you want.

You also probably want to add Hawai'i to your dictionary, so that it
doesn't get red-squiggled.

right click on the word & say Add to Dictionary
