I want to be able to set up Entourage to delete email off of my exchange server after 20 days but to keep it on my desktop computer that I download my email to. I have found the directions to do this for a POP server but not for an exchange account. Can you do this on an exchange account? If so, how do I do that?
Thanks,
Ann

There is a free script that will do this, but it's broken for Leopard. You
can use a third party product ($15) that does work in Leopard.

AutoArchive Exchange Account to "On My Computer" (free script broken in
Leopard)

Try this rule in Entourage and see if this works for you.

All Messages - Date Received - is - 20 days old
then
Move messages - inbox (on my computer)

thanks,
Pawan

Thank you for this information. Where is Entourage moving the inbox messages to? Can I tell it a specific folder?
Thanks.

Ok, I created a new Rule as you said. It doesn't seem to be doing anything. Should it have happened right after I saved the rule or do I have to active it??
Thanks.

I think you need a Schedule, not a Rule.
