Auto-Delete Personal Emails @ Work In Entourage

With no help from MS (I'm not paying $35 to talk to someone!), I
worked out how to automate your Entourage to automatically delete
personal emails you send at work!

PHASE ONE
Create a group (in the address book) with all your friends/family email
addresses in it.

PHASE TWO
This will take care of emails you send to your friends

(1) 'Tools' Menu > 'Rules'
(2) 'Outgoing' Tab
(3) Select 'New'
(4) If 'Any Recipient' 'is in group' 'whatever your called you friends
group'
(5) Then 'delete message'

PHASE THREE
This will take care of emails your friends send you and you reply to

(1) 'Tools' Menu > 'Rules'
(2) 'Mail (Pop)' Tab or whatever kind of email you're using
(3) Select 'New'
(4) If 'Reply to' 'is in group' 'whatever your called you friends group'
(5) Then 'delete message'

Too easy!! (after 1 hour of trying!)
