Auto-delete sent attachments

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

Email Client: Exchange

I previously set up my Entourage email so that outgoing attachments are stripped from the copy of the message that is saved to my Sent box. A coworker has asked me how to do the same thing, but for the life of me I can't figure out how I did it. Many thanks to anyone out there who can help me remember and teach my coworker. -Jonathan
