auto fill cell -2 Weeks from a static entered Date.

I'm relatively new to Excel and have a question regarding Date
automatically populating a Cell.

Say for instance I have a static Date of 6/28/04 specified in cell D2
I would like to have cell D3 automatically be populated with a date o
– (minus) 2 weeks from cell D2.

Static date 6/28/04 (Cell D2)
Automatic date 6/14/04 (Cell D3)


Any help is very much appreciated.
