Auto fill feature

Names frequently used sometimes drop out of the autofill feature in
Outlook(To… Cc… ). Does anyone know why this would happen?

Names frequently used sometimes drop out of the autofill feature in
Outlook(To… Cc… ). Does anyone know why this would happen?

There are multiple reasons why this might happen. One reason is that the
list holds only the most recent 1,000 unique addresses you've used. Another
is that you might accidentally press Delete when one is selected. Another
is that Outlook might not close properly and fail to write updates to the
file containing the data.
