Auto Format on Refresh

DOes anyone know how to have excel do an automatic format
of row height and column width whenever you do a data
refresh on a query sheet?

Example: I have a sheet based on a query that I do a
refresh on to get current data...when the data is
returned, in order for me to read it better, I format the
row height to 11.25 and the column width to 13.86...I want
excel to do it for me whenever I refresh....so does anyone
have a macro to do this?? additionally, I would like to be
able to have the data refresh by itself
periodocally....can someone help me understand the ONTIME
method and how to place it in my sheet??
