auto number and count cells

Hi,

I just figured out how to type "1" in the first cell, hold
down the ctrl key and drag untill I get the final
sequential number. Thanks to JenHow. I didn't realize that
was called "autofill".

I still need to make it somehow know that the next sheet
continues and ends the numbering at a given place
automatically even if one were to add or delete a row.
