Auto print rule prints with wrong user name

I have a really strange problem - the Mac I use was previously used by a
former employee of the company I work for. I have a rule that, for emails
that come in to my business email account, it's filed to the correct folder
and a copy printed for filing.

The only problem is that, in the header of the printed copy, it prints out
the former employee's name. If I manually print a copy, my name is there,
next to the 'My name' field, with the box ticked and it prints fine.

I've reinstalled and created new accounts. I've even wiped the Mac and
reinstalled the system from scratch, in case it was getting the former name
from the system somewhere. But as soon as I copy the information back using
the Mac's Migration Assistant, his name pops back.

I was wondering if anyone knew where this information might be located, or
if there's a preferences file that I can delete.

It's not fatal, I know, but it's just really annoying when my name is John,
and all my filed emails have the name of 'Gareth' on them.
