Auto Recovery of spreadsheets

I know that Word has an auto recovery option within it. I
cannot find this option in Excel. Does anyone know if such
an option exists.

Excel has this option as from Office XP.

If you have an older version, it isn't there. But you can download my

Click Tools, Options.

When the Options dialog box opens, select the Save tab.

Once you click the "Save AutoRecover info every:"
checkbox you will be able to select how often and the
path where you want the recovery files saved.
