Auto-reply-response

I am wondering if there is a way to set Entourage X for Mac to
"auto-reply" to emails I receive to announce that I will be
temporarily unable to respond to messages. I am taking an
international vacation for a week and will not have email access and
want senders to know that I will return to their message when I
return. Is there a way to send an auto-reply-response with specific
details and have the emails remain in my inbox until I am able to get
back online and turn the auto-reply message off?
