Auto Reply

We have a rule set up to auto reply to an external client. Auto Reply was
turned off by mistake at the server. When it was turned back on it sends the
auto reply but only once. It used to reply every time an e-mail was received
from this client. The next day it will send the auto reply again but only
once instead every time. It seems to be a one shot deal per day now. I looked
all over but cannot find a setting to change this. Any info on how to restore
this to the way it was would be greatly appreciated.
