I have a distribution group (administration@) that is heavily used
and am trying to set-up an auto-responder for it. Now, Ive set up a
public folder (auto-responder@) and set-up the folder assistant to
automaticly fire a default response to anyone that emails that pf.
Tested from external account and works (had to give anon read/write
permissions first though).
Ive then added that pf to the membership of administration so, in
theory, when a client emails administration auto-responder will be
copied in and fire off a response to the client. For some reason this
isnt working though. Ive tried setting the From and To fields in the
folder assistant as administration and experimented with other
settings but just cant seem to work it out. Can anyone please help me
with this?
