When I receive an email from somebody who is not in my contacts I'd like
Outlook 2003 to automaticly open a contacts window to allow me to enter the
contact info for this new client.

Is this possible?

So, every time you receive SPAM, you want the SPAMmer's address added to
your Contacts? Why?

A better approach would be to add the address of each person to whom you
reply. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autoaddrecip.htm

No, not exactly. I'm looking for a way for Outlook 2003 to open a new
contact for email that i'm responding to. I.e., I'm replying to you and as
you are not in my Contacts list it will open a Contact window to allow me to
enter your name, etc.

Great! I found what I needed on that site.

Thanks.

there are 3rd party utilities that will add the person, otherwise you'll
need to learn vba and write something.

But that's not what you originally said. The link I supplied will help you
do what you want.
