Auto send document via e-mai by hyperlink

Hi all,

I would like to create a Word 97 document that allows a group of users to
fill in some questionaire. After the users filled up the information, they
just click on a link and it automatically send this same document back to the
original sender. Is there a way to do this? It is basically similar by
clicking on File / Send To / Mail Recipient.
Thanks and hope that someone can lend a hand here.

Check out the FAQs for Macros and Forms. The simplest way is create a
template that has a routing slip set to the intended destination, fill
it with formfields for the user to complete, and include a macro
button or toolbar button to trigger the send.

You will need some VBA under your belt to do this well, so do the
tutorials in the Macros section.
