Auto task update

Hi every one
I post this question in Exchange Admin/client group also in outlook; I wonder if no one meets the same situation
The Case:
Our Manager is assigning a lot of task daily to us using outlook 2000
When some one of us update/accept his task the manager is getting a notification email contains the task status /accepted or updated
But The Real Task in his task folder is not updated unless he read the notification email
How can we automate this process? Any script to do that
I failed to do it through Rule Wizard because I need the rule to be Server based rule not client

Task update processing is always client-based. Have him check Tools | OPtions | Email OPtions | Tracking Options and check the box at the top for
"Process requests and responses on arrival." He may also need to turn off any screen saver.
