Auto type for Contact's names

Prior to swithching to Outlook, when I had Outlook express I would type the
first few letters of a person's name and express would finish the rest.
Since I have installed Outlook I cannot find out how to turn on the auto-type
function.

Secondly, Nortons AntiSpam sends some of my mail to the antispam mailbox.
Some of it is good mail. How do I stop it from recognizing good mail as
Antispam?

You failed to post your Outlook version.

Email scanning is of no use. You may turn it off.

Russ, how do I tell my version of Outlook? The certificate says microsoft
outlook 2000.

Russ, are you saying e-mail scanning will not stop an e-mail that has a
threat?

Outlook 2000 has no autocompletion feature.

I'm saying email scanning adds no protection that real time scanning does
not provide. It only causes problems like the ones you are seeing. There is
no need for it.
