My company recently upgraded to Office 2003. A select few of us received a
trial copy before the conversion (11.6403.6408 SP1) that worked fine.
However, the version that was pushed to all the users (11.6403.6360 SP1)
doesn't have autoarchive availab.e When I say that it is not availavle, the
dialog box in Outlook’s optionsunder the OTHER tab is supposed to have 4
sections …
General
Auto Archive
Reading Pane
Personal Names
It only has three (no Auto Archive). Does anyone have a fix for this?

Thanks!

Off-hand I would guess that your IT department has disabled it with group
policy. You should ask them about it and see if they'll consider turning
it back on.
