I have a client who is running OL2003 and Windows XP. I successfully
got his Inbox and other folders AutoArchived. But when I try to
AutoArchive anything older than 45 days from Sent Items to a seperate
PST, it shows activity for about 2 seconds and then just stops.
Nothing is archived. I have read about modification dates; it's odd
because 99% of the thousands of Sent Items messages have a mod. date
of 'none'. Could this be causing the problem? I thought the Sent Items
folder used the sent date to match criteria.
I created a new 2003 pst file which will be solely used for archiving
sent items. The current Sent Items folder is in the old pst format,
but that didn't cause a problem with the Inbox AutoArchive. Any ideas?
