hi...

could you tell me when using the default settings with autoarchive if any
folder that is a sub folder of inbox will be copied in it's shown state, or
if not copied at all, or only the messages.
Or will i have to applyauto archive individually

If you archive to include sub folders they will also be archived; the

If you select File/Archive from the main menu, you are presented with a new
window which allows you to set various settings.
Thats not the Archive Tab you see when you select properties of a folder.
You dont mention yr version of OL so this may vary slightly depending on
version.
