autocomplet has gone bye bye

My autocomplete list is gone. I can no longer type in names of people I've
sent email to and have it apear in the TO: block. All my previous names have
vanished? I had a local computer store try to fix another problem and when I
got my Laptop back outlook didnt appear the same either. For instance: My
Imap folder was now at the top of my folder list and my calender doesnt show
up automatically when it is clicked on and Inow have 3 perosnal folder icons.

For the multiple personal folders problem, your profile has become corrupt -
create a new one under Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show Profiles->New.
Configure it to use your current .pst file.

For the autocomplete, once it is corrupt, you will need to build a new
cache - this can only be done through a manual typing of addresses in the
TO: field to rebuild the cache.
