autocomplete not working

Outlook 2000
I can't get my autocomplete to work in outlook. What's the secret to enable
to get it to work.

Outlook Express works, but Outlook doesn't.

There is no such function in 2000. It commenced in 2002.

remembering wrong.
Need to upgrade.
