Autocomplete not working

I'm running Outlook 2002, SP-1. I have autocomplete for
the To, CC, BCC fields turned on, yet most of the time,
names are NOT automatically completed, although the
spelling and capitalization is the same as in the
contacts list... Any thoughts?
