autocomplete problems

Some of the names in my autocomplete state that they are
not in my address book. If I right click them I can only
select properties which again informs me that it doesn't
exist. If I add the contact then try to use autocomplete
it still 'finds' the non existing one.

Found the solution. You have to delete/rename the *.nk2
or *.nick file from documents and
settings/username/application data/microsoft/outlook.

you need to delete that cache. after recreating the address, when th
autocomplete comes up, select it using the up and down arrows and pres
delete. this will delete that old information and then retype th
address and the proper address will resolve the new contact.:eek

You may also wish to use a slightly more sophistocated method, a third party
utility called Owtlook. You can find it using a google search.
