Autofilter

Hi guys hope you can help,
I have a problem with an excel spreadsheet that one of
our associates is using, the problem is intermitant, what
is is is there ia a row which has auto filter enabled and
some times you can click the arrows and other times you
cant click them it just doesnt respond. can any one shead
any light on this problem. thx

1. If it is a big sheet Autofilter can take a long time to work - o
seem so if only a few records are valid. Try my cup of coffee method.
2. Likewise, the sheet could be calculating.
3. Could be a corrupted sheet when it needs transfer to a clea
workbook with copy/paste - not transfer sheet or whatever

Someone in my office is having the same issue. It doesn't
seem to be a time lag problem. Anyone fix this? I was
going to suggest she copy/paste the sheet into a new file
and see if that works for her.
