automate upload...

1.
how can I automate uploading to a web site?

2.
Is there some sort of utility or means I can use to convert word document to
html without creating subfiles directories but perserving graphic image
position and size? Furthermore, even if documents were produced with
template, word converted html will not automatically have style sheet or css
sytle.

Using word as converter generates huge html files and worse too many
subfiles directories

1) Try the Jimco Publisher from http://www.jimcoaddins.com/utils.htm
2) No since the images are always separate
- you could try converting the Word docs to PDF
