Automated Macro

Hi all
I have a workbook with a web query that frequently updates
values. In order to get a daily history of these values I
want to run a macro every half hour automatically. The
macro wait method ties up my computer too long to be
useful here.

The macro could be initiated by a condition in the
worksheet.
