Automatic hiding of rows based on variables

Can any one explain how I could set up a worksheet that
only shows certain rows based on an input variable? For
ex. the user inputs an age 35 - 70 & based on that input
another sheet would show calculations (i.e. retirement)
only up to that age.
Thanks

Hi
not really sure if you want to hide rows or if you want a conditional
calculation. could you give a specific example?

For example, one sheet has retirement pension calcs for
with each row containing pension payments per year up to
the age selected on another worksheet. If you
select '45' & then when to the worksheet with the
payments the information displayed would end at '45' and
all rows beyond that would be hidden.
This help?
