Automatic signature

with the new release, Entourage 2004?

Certainly.

Go to 'signatures' under the tolls menu, where you can define your signature
text.

Then, go to 'Accounts' under the tools menu, open the account you want to
set a signature for and under the options tab you can set a default
signature for each account.
