Automatic?: Strip and Download Urls from Mails

Hello

I'm getting a bunch of Email-Newsletters each day. My problem: the
majority of that Newsletters provide me just a peek at the
corresponding full-text at the senders website. If I wish to read the
whole article I have to follow an Url. Is there a way for
automatisation? Something like a tool/ script, that parses incoming
mails for urls by certain criterias and downloads the full-text
articles?

Any hint appreciated.
