Automatically add to contacts on reply

In previous versions of Outlook, there was a preferences
option to "automatically add address to contacts when
replting to a message".
This seems to have been removed from Outlook bundled with
Office XP. Can anyone confirm this?

It was only a feature in the long abandoned IMO mode of Outlook 98/2000.
Never in the Corp/Workgroup, on which all subsequent versions are based.
