Automatically assign color/ category in Entourage Calendar

Does anyone know how to do this based on a keyword in the Cal entry subject
line like 'birthday'?

Well you could semi-automate it by creating a smart view for the keyword
you want. Then select all, and apply the category of your choice.

Thanks, but I actually want to be able to enter a calendar event and have it
immediately go to a color/category without having to do it manually each
time!

what you want." Sorry 'bout that.

I suggest use command Send feedback to Microsoft on the Help menu to let MS
know you want this feature.
