automatically deleting Sent Items and Deleted Items using server-side script

New at this... I looked around the newsgroups and couldn't find
exactly what I needed so I'm hoping someone could help me...
I would like to automatically delete Sent Items and subsequently,
Deleted Items, using a server-side script. This script would be used
for our Resource mailboxes which no one ever logs into. I tried a few
scripts but I'm not having any success. Please help! Thanx.
