Automatically fill record in a subform

Hello to everybody.
For each new record in the main form, I should fill the subform with max 4
details records: two of them are always the same:
- Annual Fee
- Extras
Is there a way when I have a new record to get the subform "Order_details"
filled as above?
Main Form name: "Order"
then
Tab Control name: "Details"
Tab page name: "Order_details" (it is a subform)
