Automatically Forward Incoming Emails

Joe

I would like to automatically, have my business office
emails forwarded to my home when I am not in the office. I
use Outlook 2000 in both places and cannot seem to find a
way to do this. Would appreciate any help.

Are you downloading emails from a pop3 server? If so,
you will want to leave emails on the server after
downloaded for a specified period of time. This depends
on how much space you are allocated ont he mail server
and how often you go to each location. For example, if
you want to leave emails on the server for 7 days after
they have been downloaded to one of your computers, do
the following on both computers
1. in outlook, click on tools>E-mail accounts
2. Select "view or change existing email account" and
click "next"
3. Highlight your outlook profile and click "change"
4. Click "more settings" > "Advanced" tab
5. Check "leave a copy of messages on the server
6. Check "remove from server after" "{7}" Days
