I receive daily emails from many clients. There is one email that I must forward each day to another email. Right now I do this manually. Is there any way to make this automatic such that every time my account is checked for email, if the particular address is downloaded to my mail account it can be forwarded to a particular address. I've checked with SBC and they cannot do it. I've checked with Apple and they say Mail can't do this. I've checked Entourage, but can't see if this is possible.

From contains (enter email address)

Forward to (enter email address)

If this person uses multiple addresses, you can either assign a category and
use "if in category" or you will have to enter each email address.

This rule must run before other rules that move this message. You might
need to uncheck "do not apply other rules...."

Let me know if this works for you.

What Diane implied, but didn't explicitly say, is that you need to create a
rule (Rules on the Tools menu) with the indicated "If" criteria and "then"
action.

I would recommend using "From is" rather than "From contains" if it is a
specific person's address. Also, I believe you must use the person's actual
email address, i.e, [email protected], not the person's name in your
address book, e.g., John Smith.
