Tools->options->email options->Save a copy of outgoing messages. You can
also use rules to save items to designated folders based on criteria in the
email. If you post your version of outlook, someone can be more specific.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
