I am looking to find the top ten diagnosis codes used by
each physician in my medical group.
I need a list of 10 diagnosis codes for each physician
based on his 10 most utilized codes.
It would be simple if I could run a query that sorts the
physicians in ascending and sort the count of diagnosis
codes in descending. Then start a counter that reverts
back to 1 at the start of a new physician.
