Autoresponder with public folder

hi,

i try to create a rule on a public folder to
auto respond incoming mails.
The folder-wizrad lets me create a rule
for reply with and shows it in the
rules table.
But if i try to leave the wizard
he tells me "The changes can´t be applied (saved)".
Althoug i am the owner of the folder.
Any ideas?
