Averaging

I have a spreadsheet with about 300 rows in it showing
monthly volume per employee. I then use the auto filter
to show only the cities or regions I want. I would like
to average the volume of only the items that show up in
the filter. I cannot seem to do this. It averages the
whole list. Please help.

Just a guess that OP had European setting <vbg>
Otherwise : it WAS early this morning
