Avery templates for flash cards for medical terminology

Which template can I use to create flash cards for medical terminology class?
I have MSOffice 2007 and recently purchased Avery 3263

There are two Avery 3263 templates included with Word 2007. One is
portrait orientation, and the other is landscape orientation. In Word
2007, click on Mailings | Create: Labels | Labels tab | Options |
Product number: 3263 | OK | New Document.
