B2TR Failed with remapped Documents folder

D

David Wills

I am running Vista RC1 and Office 2007 Beta 2. I tried this morning to apply
the technical refresh and had continuing failures. To cut a long story short
I discovered the problem. I had remapped my "Documents" folder to a folder
on our company's network and when I reset the documents folder to the
default location the technical refresh worked just fine.

Hope someone else finds this information useful

Did you keep the log files from the failed setup? If so, can you zip them and email one set or attach them here please?
