Back-Up Entourage Newsgroup

Does anyone know how to backup newsgroups in entourage? I'm trying to burn a
disk of my newsgroups along with all of the attachments therein.

There are two ways I can think of right now:

1) Select all your messages, then drag them to a folder on the desktop.
You'll end up with individual messages, all in Entourage's .eml format.

2) Drag the specific newsgroup folders from the folder list to the desktop,
and you'll get all your messages stored in a single .mbox file, which is
probably the best solution.
