Back-up in Outlook 2000 SP-3

The auto back-up has stopped working, and the personal folders can
only be backed-up manually.

How can this be fixed?

Look at FILE| BACKUP | OPTIONS and make sure you have the box checked that
says "remind me to backup every ___ days." If that still doesn't work, I
would probably reinstall the MS Personal Folders Backup utility.
