How can I take back up of my mails in entourage 2004?
Back up the identity folder in the "Microsoft User Data" folder (MUD Folder)
in your documents folder. All you mail and other data is in there.

1) Hourly backups can quickly fill a drive.

The second like appears tp be broken, "alternative method" and I can't
