Background Pictures

Is there any way to have a 'Background Picture' always inserted when I
send email from a particular email account?
I am able to do that with signatures, but cannot find an option for the
Background Pictures.

You could create a message with the background picture inserted, save it as
a draft, and then duplicate and open a copy each time you want to send a
message with that background picture.

Otherwise, you can use Paul Berkowitz's "Message Template" script to set up
a template with the background picture you want.

Set the background image in a signature, and set that signature as the
default sig for that account. Make sure that you have your prefs to always
use HTML.

I think this only works with 2004.
